Cancellation by the participant: You can cancel or postpone your registration up to 15 days before the workshop. After this deadline, your registration is non-refundable. A postponement request may be considered if accompanied by a valid medical certificate or professional proof clearly stating the reason for the request. You will then receive a voucher valid for 6 months to be used via any Atelier Tou package.

Cancellation by the studio: In the event of cancellation by us for reasons beyond our control, your reservation will be postponed to a later date. We will contact you beforehand.
